Sometimes I find game 'out-takes' about as funny as TV ones ;)

These aren't outtakes. They are easter eggs put in by Bungie's music meastro Marty O'Donnell. However you have to have the "I would have been your dadddy" skull (which is incredibly hard to get) in order to hear these in game.

Catch is fun too

Blind is really fun on co-op on easy on outskirts and metropolis... Just run through doing stupid stuff... (like never leaving the hog on co-op in metropolis, and not shooting either)


Anyone else here save the tank that gets nuked by the Scarab? I have :D ...

The IWHBYD skull is really hard - you have to spawn a series of events in the sniper alley of Outskirts.

Blackeye is suicide.

Found only on Legenday and it kills your shield recharge. Ouch.

Has anyone managed to hijack a banshee and take it to the Scarab gun? Whenever I try the thing disappears to quickly for me to jack it.

I believe HBO did a cool guide on how to get it, makes things much easier. That is, supposing you can take on several elites on Legendary.

Several elites are not so much trouble... if you have the right equipment. But when they give you just a plasma pistol... ergh.

Yes, that's right, you need much more practice on Legendary. Which is surprising, since you're so good at Slayer and the like. ;)

Indeed, but then there's the Brutes to worry about, and they don't have any shields to take out. I wish we had opportunities to take on Brutes with the BR, though. The Carbine is great, but just doesn't feel the same.

Yeah but Ausar, everyone got owned by Walker, who is just an insanely good sniper. :p

Carbine owns the battle rifle (you can take it when you go through the weapon cache room as the arbiter) for laying the smackdown on Brutes, its more accurate and thus head shots are easier.

Carbine still feels... weak somehow.

Battle Rifle just sounds, looks and feels kickass. :)

I like the SMG + Pistol Combo, disperse single enemies in an instant with a few well aimed shots. :)
Only down side is when your up against multiple foes...

I support hand-to-hand (or, in some cases, ghost-to-face) combat.:D It's so fun to watch human opponents in utter confusion when you jump around them repeatedly punching. Now if only elites were that dumb...

Carbine is better than the Battle Rifle simply because it is more accurate, the BR has a lot of recoil when it fires and it plays merry hell with the aiming.
Personally I prefer the SMG/Magnum combo. Absolutely kickarse

It's only better when you are playing as the Arbiter. If you didn't notice, weapon strengths vary depending on who you are in the game at that point.

I was talking multi, the Carbine kicks ass on the BR.
