Title: Firefox and the Zone.

Hey, I'm trying to play Combat Flight Sim 2 on the Microsoft Gaming Zone, but I can't download the software or see rooms, etc....can anyone help me out? I'm using Firefox, not IE, which is the problem as far as I can tell, but I REALLY don't want to install IE on my machine again.

IIRC the Zone only works with IE.

You can modify the windows install to leave it out, I know that much (I do that)...

IIRC, it's under add/remove programs, add/remove windows components.

That doesn't do jack.

It will remove the icons from the desktop, but you can run IE anyway - and some programs and popups will do.

This is how a user can do it - just go into X:\Program Files\Internet Explorer - it should still be there.

or just hit windows+e, and then type in a web address since IE and file explorer are linked nowdays
