It seems that the Second Court Circuit has ruled that the IRS now can no longer just arbitrarily take money or posess your stuff anymore or request your presence and your belongings without having a court order from now on. Although this hasn't gone through the other Court Circuits, they normally follow suit.

Considering what the IRS used to be able to do, I think this is a great step. Everyone in their tax-paying years has to deal with the IRS eventually...

What was the ending, BTW?  I think I got as far as blowing up some uilding in San Francisco (a skyscraper.....:nervous:), dunno what happened after that.

Hell of a long game, though.  Good story, too.

IIRC you kept doing missions until you found out that the peruvian general had ordered Hawk be shot down as he carrying the gold.  You then hijack an F22 and kill the guy.  Then you have to kill the Jackals leader who is flying an F23
