So which do you take? I try my best to get proper coffee.
-
Ground from beans. On that note of course, I'd drink Blue Mountain coffee by choice.
Failing that of course, I do drink tea.
-
I picked instant, it's quicker and doesn't taste like stewed Garden by the 4th cup ;)
-
Cappucino is my favorite, I love the smell of fresh coffee, not so much the taste
-
Yeah just to clarify, I owe any exam passes I earned this year to a double espresso that nearly burned the roof of my mouth off.
-
Tea. My dad works for Nambarrie, after all.........
following that, Mocha, then instant coffee (black no sugar, proper strong stuff - i.e. none of that watery 'Americano' ****e)
-
I used to work in a Italian Delicatessan, and the expressos they made were incredible, not meaning to stereotype, but I literally carried about 200 boxes of pasta upstairs on the power of a single Expresso ;)
-
Mocha = the heroin of coffee drinks!
-
I have an endless supply of fresh (still warm) coffee, for free.
-
id kill for an esspresso machine
however i still kill 3 bottles of cola a day
-
What kind of a coffee poll is this?!?! Where are the options for
- french press
- Turkish style
- espresso
- cappucino
- latte/other frou-frou girly drink?
And you people call yourselves civilized...
-
I prefer tea. I tasted coffee years ago, and have since never touched it again :D No reason really, I've just never thought about drinking coffee, that's all.
-
I like how Hazelnut cofee smells, but I dispise coffee. I like Tea, however. And Hot cocoa.
-
I choose none.
-
You drink water from a country stream then? :p
-
[color=66ff00]Coffee very strangely makes me very ill very immediately.
I'm a tea drinker, Earl Grey.

Same with me, I generally like the way coffee smells, but the taste..
Makes me think of my old sweaty socks (not that I've ever tasted those..:nervous: )
-
Sure real coffee is good, but the convenience factor of instant wins it for me. I'd drink real stuff if I had more time/money/effort, but I usually only frink coffee at breakfast, and I don't really care what it is.
-
I drink instant coz I don't have the time to do some real coffee before going to uni, but I prefer the "real" one.
-
Irish coffee is best.
-
Which brings up a question... how do they get the alcohol in Irish Oatmeal?
-
Soak it.

well, that's because of the alcohol in it.
well, I have a perculator. I lieks it. I don't drink coffee that often tho. I'm an alcohol drinker.
-
I used to have a perculator until one morning (back in high school) I walked into the kitchen, pressed the on button and it fired itself across the room.
That was a bad day.
-
I don't drink coffee, I never developed a taste for it. And it's not like I have never tasted it, I tried some when I was 10 or 12 and nearly gagged.
-
Try again.
-
Starbucks = Evil. Evil nasty terrible yucky garbage.
I've always liked nescafe bean coffee. Gevalia's good, but is a pain in the ass to get, and it's mail-order, meaning they'll do the automatic shipment thing similar to Columbia House music club. \
-
As a slight aside, has anyone tried one of those "instant" coffees that are self heating... that is, they're shaped rather like a pot noodle and (when you press the button on the top) it releases a chemical reaction that rapidly heats the drink inside to boiling point. Bang, instant coffee.
They're actually not bad.. but damn strong.
-
Yep, I pick them up in Glasgow Central sometimes, when I'm waiting for the train to the airport, not bad at all :)
-
If I want instant coffee when out.... Costa is my place of worship. ;)
-
Earl Grey, hot.
-
I'm an American with British tastes when it comes to hot beverages. I'll take a good tea anytime. Coffee? Pshhh....
To quote a famous Vasudan...
TERRAN. CO-FEE. INFERIOR.
-
Beer.
-
I actually prefer various fresh juices that I make at home. :p Barring that, I'd go for tea - my friend SilveN has been trying to convert me onto properly brewed coffee, though. ;)
-
Coffee is the devil! *hack* *spit* :ick: And all those other terms of disgust.
Now, a good Hot Cocoa... MmmmmMMMmmMmMmMm
-
I'll go for a good hot cocoa any day. But tea with honey... :)
-
Italian coffee with a side of Amendoa Amarga* for me, thanks.
*It´s a spirit drink, made of bitter almonds, with 45º proof. Don´t know how you call it in english. Don´t know if you even have it...
-
Is it like Amaretto?
-
Proper coffee. Black. Preferrably Irish.
-
Coke is my fuel - at least 6 cans a day, and maybe one cup of instant coffee - tea = nasty... :ha:
-
Link (http://www.senseo.com/uk/Senseo/).
'nuff said.
-
Espresso. That stuff is fantastic. Never had one outside Italy that got even close to the good stuff.
If I can't get any proper espresso, then I'll go for normal coffee, the strongest I can make it.
-
Water and fruit juice all the way for me. I don't drink tea, I don't drink fizzy stuff (6 cans of coke a day??? I can't imagine how f*cked your insides must be), and I only drink coffee a few times a year (I occasionally fancy it, for some reason). Then I'll have the stuff my dad makes (no idea what it is, but he makes it in a kind of jug with a sort of sieve plunger thingy inside).
