Heres an old one:

A traveller comes to a fork in the road which leads to two villages. In one village the people always tell lies and are cannibals, and in the other village the people always tell the truth. The traveller needs to get to the village where everyone tells the truth and avoid being killed. A man from one of the villages is standing in the middle of the fork, but there is no indication of which village he is from. The traveller approaches the man and asks him one question. From the villager's answer, he knows which road to follow. What did the traveller ask?

Spoiler:
Which way to your village? The man from the truth village will of course point to his own village which is where he wants to go. The man from the liars village, being a chronic liar will not point to his own but to the truth village.

On a very wet day, a dwarf man walks into a hotel lift.  The buttons are higher than him by a foot. He travels to the 7th floor by elevator.

How did he reach it?

Spoiler:
There are two answers. Either a) no one said he was alone in the lift - someone else could press the buttons for him, maybe even a bellboy. b) He used an umbarella to press the buttons - it was a wet day.

edit: Oh **** we're time-warping again!

Three guys were on a road trip.  One night, at 3:00 AM, none of them were awake enough to drive, so they checked into a hotel.  The bellhop charged them $30 for a room.  Each guy paid $10 for it.  In the morning, the owner came in and told the bellhop that he overcharged for the room.  It was infact $25, so he was told to give the guys their change.  The bellhop gave each guy a dollar, and kept two for himself.  So at the end, each guy spent $9, and the bellhop had $2.

But, $9*3 = $27, plus the $2 the bellhop had.  That makes $29, where is the other dollar?
Spoiler:
Two answers are correct:
a) It's the 25th dollar in the cash register. OR
b (more correct)) There isnt a dollar missing.  $9*3 = $27, MINUS the $2 the bellhop had = $25, which is the price of the room.
