I'm trying to convert a model using pcs and ts 6.5. Right now I'm just trying to convert the hull to make sure that the geometry works so theres only one texture and no turrets or submodels. Every time I try to convert the model pcs locks up and turns white. There is no error message.

Try closing the render window before you convert. That window uses a lot of system resources and while I've never had any problem with it causing crashes it might be delaying the error popup so long that you are getting impatient and ctrl-alt-deleting out of it. Also, try grouping the hull with a local light.
-
How many polys in the model? PCS can take a while to convert high poly models sometimes. Leave it for about 20 mins before you conclude that there is actually something wrong with the model or PCS.
-
I had already grouped the object with a loc light and I let pcs try to convert it overnight and it was still locked up in the morning. The model has 1935 polys.

Definately shouldn't take PCS that long to convert ;)
Maybe posting a picture will help, or failing that the model.

Normally this behaviour of PCS (getting white by blending out most values and freezing) is the result of a geometry error in the mesh. Happens most time , when you have used to many booleans or deforming-operations. I had it all the time in the past, and most of the time I could only solve this by correcting the model.
Bad news is, you can only guess where the error lies. Check for deformations and remodel this parts. Posting a picture could really help though, maybe we can give you a clue.

I was able to get it to convert to pof using cob2fs2 and it showed up in the game without any problems (transparent faces and such) and pcs can open the pof but it still won't convert it from cob. I tried to convert some other cobs and they work, but any ways I finished texturing it and here are some pics

I now and again got that with the booleans, too. Couldn't figure out anything more though. :(
So, how can one recognize those errors?

Nice to see that dish texture getting a workout :p I'd avoid cob2fs2 these days; generally if PCS won't convert it the model's going to have issues in game.

That happens often, that some of the models which cannot be converted with PCS still work with cob2fs2 (until they aren't too highpoly). Actually it is really hard to tell, where the problem lies (without seeing it in wireframe and 3D) according to these pictures. When speaking about geometry-errors there are most likely not visible if even visible at all, still PCS will hate them.
The model looks rather simple (in geometry), so normally PCS would have no problem if everything would be O.K.
Are the wings connected to the centerpart, or are they seperate objects. ? If your models contains seperate objects, starts deleting them for testing-purpose to detect the one actually damaged.
However, according to what I've learned so far, I would suggest you start on these two points, escpecially the knicked face in the intake (don't know how you created them). If you deformed (and not point-moved) the mesh there, it could be the problem. Still, these are only suggestions, but could be worth a try.
(Sorry for the bad arrow-drawings :D )

Errm... what exactly are geometry errors?
An edge having no end vertex or similar things? Or is it something totally different?
