What is it and where can I get it? I need it to use VPView.

Ah. I think it's a dll file that the FS tools require. It'll be on the same page you d/led VPView from. You could try kara's FAQ or Stealth's website for a link. :)

Install the Descent Manager DLL Pack.  Or install the Descent Manager Toolkit.  One of those should fix it.

I tried, it still says it's missing. Dunno why. I'll try Stealth's site and Karajorma's FAQ.

Odd. I would have expected installing the DM DLL pack to fix this.

I got FSMView and all other tools from the Installer download.  Yes I have tried Compatibility Mode.  For XP and '98.  UAC is disabled.

EDIT: Before anyone says anything, yes I knew how old this thread was.  :P
