They found another Ancient like Oma, semi-banished.  Her punishment was that she would be allowed to protect her people, but only her people.  If others came for her protection the Others would stop her.  And then she met John.  And it ended with them having some weird kind of Ancient sex where they were fully clothed and cloaked with her energy.

*sigh* SG-1 keeps on being pushed to later timeslots over here. At least they're showing Season 8 - that means there's still a little hope for Atlantis showing here some time. :)

Lib: Sounds... wierd. Man, despite being so powerful and what have you, these Ancients are pretty screwy.

It's part of their non-interferance policy, which Chai/Athus broke.

It was all right. By the repreviews I knew what to expect after the first 5 minutes of the episode, and I'm not all that interested in John's love life. :p

It was an interesting role reversal from Ascension, I suppose.

Edit: I absolutely adored the camera shots from when John is going through the gate at the end.

Hey, we're the US. We're still using the English system, for Pete's sake, even though the English realized it was just plain silly. :p

Actually it's probably closer to a year old in terms of overall age since production.

But we all know Europe is the top of the pecking order for the new eps.  Hence the reason for the one argument I've ever had with Hunter.

Sci-Fi is the one that decided that they want to take a break in the middle of the season.

some parts of Europe, with some parts being the UK probably.

Where I live we're still stuck in season 6.

while the boxes up to season 7 an already be bought. as for 8: that's simple, no?

Europe's already finished with Atlantis season 1, and are waiting for their next episode, part 1 of SG-1's season finale.

God, I hate those guys. Or not, thank you Torrentreactor.

Starting to catchup with Stargate here in Canada. We just started Season 8 on Space.  First episode a couple of days ago.  Was great!  Replicators, Asgard, and Goa'uld all in one.  Very interesting!

I thought Torrentreactor was closed down?

I don't understand why they don't just show it at roughly the same time, and you'll never provide enough proof as to why they shouldn't.
