Title: Why it crash?

My FS2 always crashes in some places. It drops out message smth  like ... memory could not be "read" and I'm on my desktop.
It always heppens then I select for exemple, in TBP mod, Omega destroyer in tech database and on some other ships, somtime even during the mission. Who can say me why it happens?

I'm using 3.6.5 which comes with TBP 3.0
Then I turned to debuger it droped many warnings (all errors in pof editing) but model loaded properly. Then I used 3.6.0 and it loaded properly too.
And last I used that 3.6.5 in D3D and everything was allright too.
It seams that 3.6.5 can't load that model only in openGL mode.
With table entries is everything fine, because I only changed the pof model which worked good lately (that was my model, I only made LODs and debris).
Can it be something with my pof model?
