Cockpit still needs to be added. Budget is about 3500. And yes, if I get it textured, it's gonna be for Freespace 2 :) Polycount now is 2682.

EDIT: And I'd like to take this opportunity to note to everyone that the movie is STILL going to be continued, and I have the ideas for the next few sections in my head, I'm just sorting some stuff out in the real world before I can get to writing again :)

Ditch the wheels - we can see in the FS1 Mainhalls that FS fighters don't use 'em.

Pretty good, but I agree with BW - the wheels look odd. At most give it landing legs or skids.
The shape of this one is quite odd - I think there are too many "steps" in the fuselage - perhaps if the central part joined the engine section higher up? Or, get rid of that top intake (or reduce the height) and have the line of the hull flow into the top fin thingy. It looks a bit "lumpy" at the moment. The concept is great as usual, though. :):yes:

Much better. :yes: But those hardpoints on the wings kind of spoil it IMO. Stick with internal weapons bays - perhaps put some bulges in at the wing roots. :)

Completed cockpit. Yea, the pilot isn't too great, but it's good enough, IMO :)

You could have used my pilot, y'know. Anyways, you need to remove the fingers on that pilot model; they're totally unnecessary.

Fingers? :wtf: There's a finger. It's a box. The entire hand is 36 polies.

You could probably get away with the hand being 10 polys though, ie a box. :p
But yeah, I like how its done, the texture could still use some touch ups though. Maybe more detail around the engine exhaust etc.

looks good to me, very errm.... 'unique' i think the word is, lol but i like the design, looks like an interceptor type of fighter? sleek and fast :)
