Title: mv_hieffects?

I have recently reinstalled everything and maybe I have been a bit slow here but I can't see mv_hieffects anywhere on the SCP site, but I can see a mv_adveffects.
Has this file been replaced with added content or have I had a few too many over the weekend?  :nervous:

mv_adveffects == mv_hieffects.

The name change is so that it overrides mv_effects, and higher-res stuff with the same name can be put inside of it.
