If you'd read Darkshear's description of the Podfighter, you'd know it's not the same fighter, though his ship was inspired by the LiS one.  (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

There's only one flaw.  It's just asking for some smoe with a visible light laser to 0wn it by zapping the pilot.   (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/biggrin.gif)

Damn cool though, the paint scheme is awesome.

We always "rip" them or parts of them from somewhere like SciFi books, films, other games or some hidden part of our memories.
It's not a problem as long as it's good to work on them and to share them with others.  (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

Wasn't this nice?  (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/biggrin.gif)

Most people take bits and concepts from everyone else.

I'd love to be able to do some Chros Foss type stuff..but never got round to it  (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/frown.gif)

The havok looks a bit like a taiidan ion cannon frigate from homeworld...it wasn't my plan but it looked good so i left it there.
