... I still haven't forgotten how to make maps for Quake 3! After two years of doing nothing, I finally decided to go back to level design. This is the first result of my efforts.
I call this map Homicial Tendencies, which is a very typical naming for Q3 Maps. ;)
This level is in its testing phase and will be available soon at //www.map-center.com.

This is your FIRST result? Gosh it's great!

Any secrets/EEGGs in it?
You should make a map with a window looking out into space with a Shivan cruiser outside...that'd be cool...too bad I can't map...yet...

Not my very first map, but the first after two years. I had maps before, but I am not satisfied with any of them enough to publish it.

No secrets. Quake 3 maps and secrets are like eating sugar with ketchup.
A window looking out sounds like an idea, but a Shivan cruiser doesn't.

hmmm, I fancy a go at some level design myself. Got any good links ?

www.qeradiant.com - I haven't visited this site for a long time, but this is the place where most level editors can be downloaded for Q3 Engine games.
www.map-center.com - lot of info here. You need to register before doing anything.

Nice work. Lookies kewl.
Try mapping for a newer game engine... :D
I might add one critique though:
The verticle walls look nice, but try adding some angles to some of them, or something to spice them up a bit. They look good horizontally wize, but they seem a bit plain just going straight up.
But yeah.
Great work! :D
Can't wait to see more. :)

Nice Work
Level Design looks like an interesting area... might have to try it sometime.

More shots:
I tried to add details to one of the textures. It doesn't exactly look how it shuld, but that's the best such an old engine can do.
