I hate the speakers that are built in to my laptop. They absolutely blow. Because of it, I'm being forced to wear headphones right now while listening to music because the speakers have absolutely no bass whatsoever. All I want to do is revel in my music with good bass and not have to be confined by headphones that aren't comfortable. Is that too much to ask?
:sigh::hopping:

Actually I'm using the Creative SBS232(I think) and I have been well pleased. A zx3500 it aint, but in a small enviroment like it's in, it suits.

Mate of mine lost his ipod other day. I just laughed at him heheh.
Think he can't take it so he's going to fork out another $500. :lol:

$500 for a MP3 player?

With $500 i'd buy a Portable Media Center, that does everything ipod do plus video and FM.

Some laptop (http://usa.asus.com/products/notebook/w1series/w1000n/w1000n_overview.htm)'s do have woofers, you know...

Personnally, I'm using hifi wired headphones for this kind of situation : they're made to give a very good sound while not being tiring and/or irritating to wear. Costs a bit much, though. Mine has cost me 80€ when I bought it.
-
Heh, I've always been using headphones, because all my speakers that I've had over the years have just been totally :no: Especially the speakers on my laptop :D
