THAT'S BECAUSE I ENJOY BEING NAKED

Needs smooothing applied, but yeah, looks nifty. :)
Were you planning to mix the textures up too? Give it a theme like it was a captured shivan ship repaired and rebuilt with Typhoon modifications etc.
Keep em coming mate. :D
-
not bad.
lol @ janos

This was actually supposed to be a HOL heavy destroyer for chapter 3 of my campaign..
It's still a early WIP and I haven't tough a bout the texturing at all..yet...
EDIT: How the hell did Janoses post apper before mine????
-
Awesome.
WTFH @ Janos
-
Janos: Enjoy the freedom, eh? ;)
Trashman: I like it a lot -much better than your usual boxy stuff. :) I'd say just make it a Shivan ship. It's got that great old-school FS1 feel to it. Looks like a super-Demon!

int6eresting, but you're edge flow is pretty messy.

EARLY WIP...doesn't that say something?

See, there you go, getting all defensive again. :blah:

I'm not going to touch Roanoke's comments with a 10 foot pole. But I will say that while I don't like the concept of a shivan-vasudan hybrid one bit, the overall appearance isn't that bad. There is something, well, off about the whole thing, though I can't begin to put my finger on it. Lets just say the detail needs a complete overhaul before you goto texturing.

Mhwahah!! Roanoke, goes where others fear to tread.

the thing is, I have no idea how to texture it...
Maby standard Demon textures? Or maby I should give them bluish glows like Vasudan ships have...
Or maby I should use typhon textures with red glows?
-
That second idea sounds pretty good, actually, but I'd try both just in case...
