Where can I download finished fighter cockpit for 3ds MAX ???

Um.... look for posts by 'Nico', and I think there should be a link in his siggy for a generic cockpit based off the FS1 intro.  Sorry I can't be any more detailed than that.

Oh, and I do have a model with a finished cockpit - http://aldo14.f2s.com/portfolio/selkie.zip(NB: 3ds, maps are a wee bit out of date) - but it's probably not easily adaptable.  I've been meaning to redo it a bit, actually; the maps look lo-res ingame now we have cockpit rendering.....
