ok guys when you listen to talk shows and/ or  music  via the  internet what  do you use?
Real player?
Winamp?
windows media?

and also , would you know of any one that can host one of these formats?

Media Player Classic (http://www.divx-digest.com/software/media_player_classic.html). Plays darn near anything.

hey does anyone know how to make your web cast  download-able from the web like  HTTP?

MPC or WMP, almost everything else on Windows is just a different interface.
