ah yes i saw this, it was quite interesting though i'd hardly call it "The future of gaming"

edit: just started reading this, looks like it goes more into technology that the game than i actualy thaught. So yeah, future of gaming fits.

Would be cool to make shivans, this one looks like it's going on the buy list.

An interesting point to note from that article is that the man behind the biggest selling (and therefore most profitable) computer game series ever has basically stated the polar opposite to the beliefs of those gamewriters who think that fan-created material damages their market.

the game looks like a hell of a lot of fun

Looks interesting, but that doesn't mean it'll necessarily replace other types of games. There are surely limitations as to what is possible in the game.
