Do you know (and have a link) a screen recording program that is freeware or the demo with longer recording time (about 5 minutes).

I have a shareware version of Fraps 2.5.4 but it limited to record a 30 seconds of game at one time.

Nope don't know any. We use fraps for our recording too.

I think that FRAPs v1.x had just one limitation (recording resolution was reduced by factor 2)

I have Fraps 1.9D, max recording resolution is 640x480 and sound.

I doubt, however, that it is still available for download.
