Title: Interplay Sold Freespace Rights???

If so, what are his plans for it?

There is a big thread in Hard Light you can read if you're feeling bored. The whole fiasco was awhile back, so you may have to search for it.

He gave up buying the rights to work on his latest game or something. Post by: StratComm on March 28, 2005, 07:25:10 pm: Actually he's hated here because when considering purchasing the Freespace rights he came in here both demanding that we worship him and threatening to sue all of us back to the stone age at the same time. Not a good way to introduce yourself, that's for sure.

Unofrtunately, by the time i found and read the full topic, it was locked, here and at his fourms, and i was not able to put in my 2 cents.
