Title: Help please

hey  i know  some of you ppl  think  realplayer sucks but i paid  14.95$ for a subscription to their  on line  new  broadcast
the player  works fine  but  everytime i  get to the login in  screen ... it is   blank and empty

now if i dont get this fixed, i would  have  wasted  14  dollars

any ideas guys?

You wasted $14 whether it works or not, IMHO.  ;)

Can you post some system specs so you we can help you?

Wait...have you tried contacting Realplayer's technical support?

umm ok  the specs are :
500 mhz pentium3 ( i know that sux too )
192 megs  of ram
ATI  Magnum 128 video  card
5.2  Gig Maxtor  hd
any thing  else you need to  know?

and they have no  tech support ,  just a  F*** FAQ  page instead
believe me  i  tried  looking for one  high  and  low  but trust me   there isnt  one

Your specs are...questionable. A 5.2 gb HD? 500 mhz? ATI Magnum? Upgrade! RAM is cheap, nowadays, you know.

And there is a tech support forum, actually. Look higher and lower. :D

What version of real player do you have? Try downloading 10.5 if your version is older. If none of this works, try asking at real's actual support forum, I bet you aren't the only person with this problem, knowing Realplayer.

well  ok listen. .the  only reason this computer is so  crappy is because   i  built this system  a  year ago on a tight  500$ dollar   budget

That's the best you could do on $500?  Where'd you buy the parts at?

You can build a decent rig on $500.  I paid $140 for my current core hardware and recycled the rest of it from stuff I just had laying around.

well i  brought the stuff   at a  local computer shop  now.. im  thinking i got ripped off lol cuz the y charged me at  least 300  $ for the mobo  180$ for the proc 80$ for the power  supply and a least  80-90 $ bucks for the   memory and lastly about30 -50$ dollars for this  crappy   video card

You paid 180 for a P3 500 mhz?:eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2:

I use my p3 as a paperweight now.....
