Title: Episode one testing done!
Post by: Ace on March 29, 2005, 11:08:24 pm: The first half of the Blackwater Operations campaign, 22 missions total, has been tested.

The first episode includes the continuation of the BWO demo, with the newly formed Blackwater squadron battling the Scion of Vasuda. There are mission loops dealing with either the continuation of the war against the SoV or the reprecussions of contacting Sol.

When released, this first part of the campaign will take you to Beta Aquilae, Delta Serpentis, Vega. It will also bring you back to Sol, and the Tau Sigma system from Derelict. Finally, a surprising twist of events may bring you to the Delphi system... and beyond.

The demo was meant for Retail FS2 as much as I can remember.

This is a step above obviously. How much of a step, well you'll see for yourselves on release.

Erm, isn't there supposed to be a Sirius-Tau Sigma node as per the events of Derelict? (It's the one the Nyarlawhatsit opened up.)

Yeah...I always figured it was sort of unstable. And I made the map before Derelict was finished.

It could be added...

No...demo is separate. We made too many changes to tables and such.
