The top image looks a bit like Jarjar Binks actually ;)

Seriously though, it's not bad, the Engines need some greebling, and it's got 'Cargo Hauler' written all over it :)

Maybe turn it into a civilian shuttle or some kind of semi-armed police transport...or a SpecOps boarding shuttle maybe?

I like it overall, but the front need to be a bit more interesting. Add in some interesting shapes or somesuch, and greeble away.

Does look somewhat remeniscant of Ion cannon frigate.

Civvy transport.  Sluggish, fragile, but really fast if you get it in a straight line.  Make the inset nose section a big window and you'ge got a mini-liner.  

Looks a bit Freelancery to me - Bretonian freighter?
