Well, it's not illegal to give money to people.  And I'm guessing it's not illegal to hunt and eat rabbit either, so possibly not.

I'd wager it's fake, if only because a) that's not a wild rabbit, and b) it probably falls under some obscene overinterpretation of cruelty to animals.  Clever though.

a) true enough.
b) Nothing illegal about eating rabbits. Immoral if you listen to PETA but they're a bunch of immoral w***ers themselves anyway so who cares.

I agree with you 100% on b) Kara, but I've seen too many cases just locally of animal cruelty laws (yes, there are laws) being taken to some sick extremes.  It's asking for trouble, no mistake.  I don't think it's wrong personally, mind you.

On Pen and Teller's "Bull****," they uncovered that I think something like 3000 out of the 5000 animals they "rescued" from animal clinics were put to sleep by PETA and housed in a giant refrigerator on the premisis.
