Title: A Brief Departure

Howdy All:

Starting this Saturday, I am FINALLY moving to a new apartment.  I am going from a tiny rented corner of a basement with shared bathroom, fridge, and kitchen space with 2 other guys, and shared laundry facilities with them and the landlords upstairs, to a full 1-bedroom apartment.  Its got a decent balcony view, card-opperated laundry facilities in the basement, its about 10 to 15 minutes from work compared to 30 at my current, and 5 minutes from my girlfriend's place, compared to about 40 minutes currently.  I'll have my own bathroom, kitchen complete with a stove (got a hotplate here)... it'll be quite an improvement.  This does however mean that for the better part of the next week, until my computer is moved and internet connection transferred, I will be unable to connect with this or any other board.  While I expect to have internet back by Tuesday, I will have family in town until Friday, staying at my new place, so there'll be more time entertaining them and less for just me.

I may still get a shout in tomorrow night before I start to pack up camp, but I'll kinda be out of contact after that.

[P.S. Edit]Hopefully, HLP will be back at full cappacity when I return, full of new builds, features, campaigns, and bugs.  Maybe 3.6.6 will be out before then.  I can hope can't I?[/P.S. Edit]

Have fun moving! I've never moved before... but I imagine it'd be pretty cool to be moving into a new place and making it all your own and stuff. :)

Well, I'm up and running.  In fact, this is the first night all to myself in this new place.  My mother departed this morning, and she's been here since Monday.  I have a couple of days to settle in before I have to go back to work this coming Monday, then I get innundated with hours.  I'm not complaining, in fact I welcome them, as they mean greater income to ensure that I can sustain myself under the greater strain of this higher rent.
