I'm having to do a Reaction Paper on the effectivness of welfare in European countries. It is broad to write on and all I need is a page, but I wanted to hear some other peoples thoughts on how Europeans feel about thier welfare systems.

One page? Man thats the 15-20 page type of paper :D

My one page papers are like...wait...we don't have those. 2-3 pages are the shortest (and I'm a highschool Freshman)

What's a Reaction Paper? Does it react when you do funny things to it? Like turning purple when you dip it in acid, and then roll it up and use it to swat flies?
eh?...
bah, I got nothin'.

Don't do it! It's a trap. If you say that it's good they'll brand you a socialist for life and you'll have trouble getting onto airplanes and stuff :p
Seriously though health is a good place to start. You might find this (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/799814.stm) interesting. The US ranked 37th in the same survey.
