Title: fast FS2 download
Post by: hardyboy on April 21, 2005, 09:29:19 pm: Does anyone have a fast FS2 retail version download? I have cable, but the only downloads I see have a speed of around 5-15 kb/s.

I could heavily compress the various files that come with each cd and host it or email them... but I will have to see the size of the compressed things. I will post a very cut-down size from 1.5 gb soon.

oh, and for the ISO's on the Freespacezone site, use Magic ISO (http://www.magiciso.com/Setup_MagicISO.exe) to extract them.

I beleive old PXO "Admiral Khafe", aeroproz on YIM, made that site. Or atleast he told me he did.

Unsure if he knows of HLP or not. But i think i know the guy who made it.

Edit: Yeah definitely not Darkwing. In that link the origional link was to devilpuppets.com\downloads .. and Khafe told me about his site (devilpuppets) when he was about to make that squad (wich died). Then 2nd link on the dw froums link, is to his new site, freespacezone.

Anyone need me to hook them up with khafe?
