Title: What do you think about "CUBE II" film??

Well I've just finished it and I must say that it's the most werd film I've ever saw. I also saw CUBE I. CUBE II ending is really interesting but I don't understand it well.

Can somebody explain it(ending) ??
What do you think about CUBE series??
Any info about CUBE III??

Was Cube the one where the Autistic guy saved the day?

I always thought that film was very very.....average.

I wouldn't say he saved the day Flip... given the outcome - but he was certainly the reason they got as far as they did.

The concept was quite interesting but it seems a good excuse for a haunted house story with a twist. Neat little look into human morality though, what with the policeman becoming the "bad guy" of the group and everyone having to rely on the disabled guy most likely to get them killed.

It was an interesting film, and I did think the twist of the Autistics' ability at maths being the one thing that could save them a good one, but it just never really caught my attention, I think I'd figured out that the Policeman was the bad guy pretty early, but then I was going a spate of watching phsychological horrors at the time, so maybe I was just 'bloated' on them by the time I got to this one.

I may give it another try at some point, but the film didn't really leave me feeling like 'Gosh, what an amazing twist'.

Also Rainman was quite a big film when this came out, so the minute maths was involved, we just knew that something like that would happen.

I just watched Cube for the gore. :p

I havn't seen the second one yet. What happens in it?

There is actually a third Cube film, called "Cube: Zero". IIRC, it's supposed to be set before the first Cube movie.

Cube: Zero is interesting since it shows stuff going on "behind" the cube, the movie starts out (after a gory death of course) following two guys who monitor the events in the cube, do file work and simple stuff like that.
But there is no explanation of who're really running the thing, why they are and so on...

I thought Hypercube was better than the first. Cept for the ending - I ignore the final scene. As far as I'm concerned the film ended

Also I liked the ambiguity of where they were and everything, which is why I'm approaching Cube Zero with caution.
