Since there've been some new things popping up recently (along with an e-mail I received with additional content), I'm thinking about making another update to the mediaVPs.
So if there's any content you'd like to submit, this is the thread to do it. ;)
I'm especially looking forward to adding the new laser doohickeys (http://www.game-warden.com/forum/showthread.php?t=555&page=1&pp=10). I'm hoping I can add some high-poly models as well. ;)

I'm not used to trumpet my own work, but I think my starfield would be a nice addition. You can dl it from here (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,32109.0.html)
If you decide to use it, just get rid of the useless glow map.

I don't know when the Satis will be ready. Prodding me will probably only delay it more, so we'll see.

I tried them out, and they look pixelated close up. Not sure whether its the lasers themsevles or the other effects referenced by the tables.

There shouldn't be any problem AFAIK.

The HighPoly Anuket(vasudan gas tanker) has the engine point in the wrong place. That might want to get fixed.

That's been like that since I first put it up... I don't think I ever made an official release, but that it was just snatched up when I was fooling with it...

Could you tell me more about this? Is it all of them doing this or just one? I know the particle effect I have on the Shiven Turret gets pixilated close up (I plan on fixing this when I get a chance).

I know that a few WIP builds from a few months ago made some changes to the ship/weapons selection interface, although I'm not sure if the changes were put into CVS. I believe they required additional interface art; that might be a good candidate for inclusion.
If this has already been addressed, ignore the n00b. :p

Phreak's changes might've; Goober also added a button to give loadout to a wing, I'm pretty sure that's in too, I remember using it. (The GTD Orion by Bobb is also in).
Edit: I also just fixed the engine positioning on the Anuket....nice work noticing that, it must've been in there since it got put in and no one's noticed it 'til now. :yes: And on checking mv_core, it looks like phreak's changes either weren't put in or don't require new interface art.

I know who has the model skinned, but has not yet sent it to me over email for conversion.

Gah, the Erynies is practicaly done, all it needs is debris!

when its more stable perhaps we can add vwep and interface models for all the weapons. saw a good model for the avenger somewhere.

I have a model for the trebuchet, as well as new skins (the old model didnt remotley resemble the *.ani)
