And it is 104*f in my house. It's just over 80* outside. WHY THE HELL is it 24* hotter where I am??!! I hate you, stupid 60s frame construction!!!
-
Go to bed in the fridge.
Problem solved.
-
Welcome to my world, where it's 100+ inside and outside :p
-
Air conditioning is your friend and mine when it gets that hot.
-
30C outside, IIRC. This sucks.
-
It was 58*f here last night outside and in my house it was about 76 :D
-
About 10C outside.
-
Mmmm, southern hemisphere. :)
-
Imagine this situation:
- It's summer.
- It's a hot, sunny and cloudless day.
- You're sitting in an office.
- The office has around 50-60 people working.
- Each person has 2-4 computers running.
- No working air conditioning for last 4-6 years.
It's my normal day at work.
-
Meh. It's friggin' 14 C here... and overcast... and rainy. Windy... miserable... :sigh:
-

Know how it feels. For 2 weeks our office air-con failed during the miserable heat of summer (29C min, 38 max, with almost 100% humidity sometimes). Worse was that our office was located deep inside the complex, which mean little ventilation - hell, we only had 1 door and 2-3 small windows.
It was quite literally hell :(
Not as bad as yours though...working in that everyday is...whoa O_O

:wtf: The entire north east of the US is like this. Here, in NY, this is the third straight day of it.

Probably'd have to worry about mosquitos or sudden rainstorms, I guess.
-
One of my pet hates about summer nights and thats the mozzies come thick and fast.

Wah wah wah. I'll trade any time. We've been in the fifties almost constantly since Spring began, and I haven't seen the sun in over a week, due to the constant drizzle. I'm cold 24/7, and resultingly I alternate between bitter and very bitter towards the world. I'm convinced this is what it feels like to be warped by the Dark Side.
-
Lightweights :p Try living in the carribbean.

I hate Southern California. I hate it passionately. I want my rain back, dammit!
-
:buuuurrp:
Because of the heat, I'm thinking of replacing my current rig with a Via C3 machine. This puppy creates WAY too much heat.
Having no air conditioner doesn't help either.

We can trade, if you want.
Actually, on second thought, I sort of like having seasons. Snow, rain, summer sun? Yeah. Trade's off.

Mmmm... it's been a beautiful week here. You know those perfect days where the air is cool and crisp, a light breeze is blowing, and the sun is nice and warm? ...Yeah. You cry. :p
-
Yeh, been like that here for several weeks now.;)
-
the weather is pretty good here too. I'd know, because weather's all we swedes ever talk to each other about.
