I hope you don't mind if I promote StarGame. :)
StarGame is a community for gamers, freelance graphic and web designers, and much more.
You can get help for website design free on the forums. Just ask, and the team will do the best to answer your questions.
The forums haven't been open for a long, but the community is growing. Also, the StarGame website is still under construction and new sections will be added there soon.
I'm one of the admins there, but I'm not the developer of StarGame.

Btw, the StarGame slogan has a nice and familiar ring to it. :D
