Title: New Nodewars? On HLP?

Yes... a new Nodewars incarnation is being carefully put together and will soon be ready..
However, the reason why other incarnations died after a few months is- the penguinbomb forums don't have many members, thus, not many players...

so basicly...It looks like it would be best for Nodewars to hgo here...on HLP.

Yeah, like Trashman kinda hinted at, we need more players. The Nodewar players from previous games mostly seem to be busy so we're looking for more people who could commit to playing NW.

The game's not starting for a while but we want to get an idea of how many people would be interested. Post, PM or visit the NW IRC channel.

For those who don't know what NW is, it's a forum-based story-rpg deal. It was originally set in the Freespace universe and has been until now. Right now we're not really sure if we'll continue with the Freespace universe, but there's no doubt it'll be a sci-fi game.

If you're curious about previous games, you can look in the nodewar forum's archives.

By the way, make sure to avoid the nodewar frontpage.

Depends; if when I go away to school in the fall, I don't bring a PC that  can be used for modelling (I mean, if I make a UNIX/Linux box) I'll probably have more time for the story, although I'd probably be better off spending more time on school and non-school (;)) stuff.

having it here at HLP would be far better than at NW. The place is simply too quite for any sort of game, much less this one :P
