Yes, it was a joke. I have no idea if it is correct or not. A part of me wants to think that it is but.....
And of course it isnt anything you couldnt have picked up from watching season 1 anyway (the cylon spy says that to the president.)

Post by: Mongoose on June 04, 2005, 07:39:05 pm: I've heard some good things about Battlestar Galactica, and I did see a few minutes of one of the episodes; the space scenes were very FS2-esque. :) I know your perspectives are probably a little biased, but how good is this series? I'm a hard-core Trekkie, and I've often wanted to catch an episode to see if the rave reviews were telling the truth.

especially when all 3 shows use, my favorite PDW..... THE P90 W00T!

And in plain English, I think BSG is better than any moving picture production I've ever seen, period. Better than any other TV show, Even better than any other movie - LOTR included.

Yes, the acting in the series is truely outstanding.

Wow, that's a big call. I've watched a few of the episodes (it screens really late), but with this sort of commendation, maybe I should pay closer attention to it. ;)

I think he's still trying to point out that Adama dies but that isn't really reflected in the plot snippets on Gateworld there nor what they quote Ronald D. Moore as saying here (http://www.gateworld.net/galactica/news/2005/06/mooreconfirmsseasontwoplot.shtml).
