Title: hi i'm new i have a problem

OK i have all the stuff set up and i have an acount, now when i try to play multi it says it can not connect to fsnetd.  is it down?

Hopefully soon. In the meantime a tournament is being set up so you should be able to find some people to play an IP game with on that day at the very least :)

i don't know how to play ip games for fs2... *walks into a corner, curls up and starts mumbling incoherently*

The info is in the FAQ now actually. Check the gameplay section under the "I want to play on a LAN" heading. I suppose I should edit that to include internet IP games explicitly.
