Step 1: Download VPView 2.0. (http://www.3ddownloads.com/volitionwatch/summoner/vp20a103.exe;jsessionid=64B972A99B194E51AA8E1F25FDCDDE15)

Step 2: Open stu_fs2.vp in your FS2 folder.

Step 3: Under "Special", look up L2-2_SN_02a.wav. That's what you should be looking for.

Step 4: Smile in satisfaction that you took the time to do the work yourself ;)

Or if you want to be truly lazy and go off someone else's work: this (http://freespaceserver.cjb.net/gti/snipes.wav) is where you go.
