I have come to the community quite late and probably all my campaigns that I'm working on have already been done.

I created that mission ages back, and another called gaurd duty.
under my old alias cyberspac. Well they only got 3 stars, I would like everyone to try em out and answer these two questions.
should I keep working on my own campaigns that I've already started?
And do I have enough fredding talent that my campaigns would even be worth playing.
Since I've just returned to the community I am unsure of the current standards of released missions.

Well, I just played the mission, and it definitely shows promise. You certainly know your way around FRED, and you know how to put together a mission. The only thing I would change is balance: the mission is a bit crazy for five minutes and then it suddenly stops.
A three-star mission is nothing to sneeze at; think of it as taking an AP test in high school: three stars is "well done"; four stars is "excellent"; five is "outstanding". It's a good mission and it's better than average. I'd say it's even better than some of the newbie missions that have been released on HLP. :)
Why not try out FRED Academy (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,28122.0.html)? You can make some missions for some campaigns that are in active development and people will critique them.

Thanks I'll take a look at that link tomorrow after work. :)
