For Non-A drinks do you perfer koolaid, or soda. In my opinion soda trumps.
-
Snuffleupagus > Soda.
-
What the hell is koolaid?
In fact, what the hell is soda? Soda water? Baking soda?
-
Soda is the American name for the whole range of carbonated drinks (pop, some call it, or soft drinks). You know, Coke, Pepsi, Sprite etc.
Koolaid ("http://leighhouse.typepad.com/blog/images/kool_aid.jpg")is basically branded punch.
-
as if soda and kool-aid where the only non-alcoholic drinks.
-
Thanks for the description, I was kind of wondering myself.
Actually, I like fruit juice more than any carbonated drinks. I'm assuming that Kool-Aid is probably made with concentrated fruit powder with the usual collection of Flavour enhancers/cell mutaters etc?
-
Like Sunny Delight? (aka the Devils Watery Vomit)
-
I don't think koolaid has a chance against soda. But I voted for it since every time I go to the movies I get that and a box of Whoppers. :p
-
you guys actually don't know what kool-aid is? do you live in some jungle tribe in Africa or something? have you never seen the kool-aid man (http://familyguy.blockoland.com/content/pictures/KoolAidMan.gif) in your entire life?
next thing you'll be telling me that you have never heard of a hamburger.
-
Water. Not yet wholley owned by big corporations set on making you fat.
-
Bottled waterr is, and I see ever more people choosing that over tap water. Our corporate masters are clever indeed.
-
I knew Kool-Aid was a drink sold in America, since it isn't sold here, that's all the knowledge I had.
And Kool-Aid man looks like Cool-Spot's Dad ;) (7-up)
Sunny Delight - Because bright orange colouring in a suspension which has the texture of wallpaper paste is good for you :P

Soda is one American name for carbonated drinks. It just depends on what part of the United States you're from. Soda is popular in the south, pop is common in the north, and for some reason people in Nashville call it coke.
-
coffee.
-
Hot Chocolate. That or lemonade depending on the type of day it is.

Nope.
Ever heard of Irn Bru?
-
Actually yes, though I do not remember anything besides the name...

ot necesarily true. Soda is populare in NY, and Pop is populare farther north.
But then, this is a whacked out country who cannot even call a sub sandwich the same thing all over.

I know that it changes by region, and not always by a rule, why I said "popular and common".:D

It's made in Scotland. From Girders.
And, according to the ads, I really really hope that Derek Smart can't get a drink from an Irn Bru machine one day ;)

"Brian: Oh no!
Lois: Oh no!
Peter: Oh no!
*busts through the wall*
Koolaid Man: Oh Yeah!
*sneaks back out the hole in the wall, slowly*"

I prefer water or juice.

What about water filters, like Brita?

If you mean New England, they call it tonic, at least in the Boston area. We sure as hell don't call it pop. They say that in the Midwest. We call it soda.

I have seen/heard it called many things. It's a sub; not a sub sandwich, not a submarine sandwich, not a hoagie, not a hero, and no way in hell is it called a torpedo sandwich. It's a sub, plain and simple and that's final.
You got to love America's idiosyncracies. ^_^

:blah:
Well, green tea is pretty good...anything with caffeine.
-
cranberry juice, possibly with some orange juice mixed in as well, perhaps a bit of tonic mixed in for good measure.

Ahh, the Brits.... A simple people. :D
This is soda:
And this is Kool Aid:

-
I don't drink much and when I do it's usually fruit juice... I hate soda
-
If you rent the place you own, and it has pipes that are probably 30-40+ years old, a Brita water pitcher is actually a pretty good thing to have. It actually DOES make the water taste less... funky. The place I used to live at, it's water tasted terrible, nothing near like the well we have back home.
-
The only reason I ever drink bottled water is because the tap water around here doesn't taste like water...
...actually, they don't recommend you drink it in vast quantities or anything either.

The Brits would refer to such drinks as carbonated beverages (or simply use the products name). It's only the Americans who can't deal with anything longer than four letters :p

Or ginger.
(Which is really only a Scottish way of confusing foreigners, because I've never heard anyone under 60 actually use it in normal conversation...)
-
here in Canada all drinks like coke/pepsi/sprite are known as pop and only pop unless maybe its some sort of restaurant where it might be refered to as 'soft drink' on the menu
and as far as non-alcoholic beverages go, i prefer virgin (non-alcoholic) versions of alcoholic beverages (ie. Pina Colada sans alcohol)
-
I prefer water or juice.

We've got a Ginger Ale pop. It's called Ale-8-1.
I drink my well water most of the time and it's completely unfiltered, of course it's tested reularly though. I only drink pop, soda, or whatever you wanna call it when I eat.
-
Ginger ale != ginger.
-
Mmm... Ale...
-
I also like Hot & Spicy V8 heated up with some melted cheese.

Fudge those cookies...I drink tap water. Maybe with a water filter because I'm a hippy but yeah...tap water man.
Besides, all of that corporate controlled bottled water is either far too pure and lacking in essential minerals or is tap water anyways. Plus these guys are draining bogs, swamps, and like causing all sorts of environmental damage that most city water systems don't.

Erm..... juice?
Tea?
Coffee?
Last time I drunk a soda was three years ago, koolaid..... don't even know wtf that is.
-
errr... What's a non-alchoholic drink? :wtf:

What kind of minerals are found in water?

Mercury, quicksilver, sulphur acid, you know - good stuff.
-
Quicksilver is mercury. For some reason I thought you meant good minerals.

i couldn't care less because the homeopatic abilities of water dissolve radiation by forcing the chi and chae as well as tchae energies to flow by Dragon's Breathe pattern which is good for you ok

I only ever drink fizzy stuff as a mixer. By which I mean with very strong alcohol, for those who don't know...
I only drink water or fruit juice at home. And milk, but that's more food than drink...

:ick: Ack, that's the most gruesome butchering of the name I have ever seen.
Tso, and to my knowledge, it's prounounced "so." The T is silent.

Anyway, you don't defeat Styxx, he has orbital HOJ launchers, and nobody can defeat those ;)
