Souter's house is going to be a hotel if all goes right.
Link (http://freestarmedia.com/hotellostliberty2.html)
EDIT:
Could a hotel be built on the land owned by Supreme Court Justice David H. Souter? A new ruling by the Supreme Court which was supported by Justice Souter himself itself might allow it. A private developer is seeking to use this very law to build a hotel on Souter’s land.
This is good:D

That is AWESOME!

**** yes.
What's the bet that the private developer is doing this just to piss Souter off, and didn't think the ruling was a good idea?

****ING ACE!

Ummm.... that was the entire reason he did it. I saw it on FOX first and he said thats why he was doing it.

Really? Well, I didn't see that... That's pretty damn cool, then.

This was posted on the thread discussing that ruling. Although it will probably get a wider audience here :)

Man, I hope this goes through! It would really help to send a message to those ***holes on the court that we are sick and tired of them taking away our liberties and screwing around in areas they have no right to...can anyone say "STATES RIGHTS!!" ?

Well, remember that it is privately owned land, and in that sense, Judge Scouter should have no more rights than an ordinary American, so it's only natural that they are allowing it, or they'll just be accused of being biased in favour of 'their own'. Still, you can't help but grin at the irony and the pun of 'Just Desserts Café'. :D
