Actually it's the GTXF Morrigan, a fighter from SHaS, w/ a very wierd skin. It was formerly known as the GTXF Excalibur.

Um......the angular and sharp edges and the entire shape of the fighter suggests its a stealth fighter you know. Look at the F-117 now.

Now all you have to do is reskin it with a sort of black matted texture.

It doesn't need to be black - the main thing would be that the material its armour is made absorbs radar, or reflects it away from its source.
