Title: Avatar Problems

I've already done a search and come up with nothing.  

When in the section to change and avatar, there are no avatars!  How can I choose one?

You only get avatars if you join a hosted project or become an Admin.

Like the other guys here said.. avatars here are an admin only thing. Project avatars (like the ones TopAce has for example) are given out if you join a project... but you only get the avatar for that project - no custom graphics.

We find it keeps things a little more ordered and helps people easily tell who's in what project / involved in what element of the community etc.
