Found out a really neat feature of DoGA that I hadn't explored before...apperantly, the rendering options present were in a different mode alltogether!
Anyways; the picture:

Nice work Singh :D
-
That is oh so pretty.
-
I fear you have caused me to blow the dust off my old attempts at nebular effects in Cinema4D...
-
That thing is sexier than the hos in 50 Cents videos.
-
Now look what you've gone and made me do.

This is the way the FreeSpace 2 nebula should have looked like.

so, what setting, singh?
-
Cool. Very nice. :D
It would be cool it the Freespace nebula's had that fog as part of the effects, but IMO you still need some sort of poofs to create more texture in the neb's.
Maybe 3d ones though.
-
I think it actually looks pretty much like that if you don't have the poofs.

No, that looks more like the result of too many Bosch Monologues.

Bah....wait until I get home then :P

I like the renders but I don't see why everyone finds the fog by itself so amazing. I mean, it's an effect that's been used in games since like '95 or so.
