First, the Fletcher. Same fleet as the Eve, not to be confused with the asgard. You've seen her in a few of the other renders here (keeping the peace and running the gauntlet), but here she is all alone:

And now, it's cousin, the Hammer. The Mongrel's only Rival in terms of sheer firepower. I intend to write up a full history of these two once I have hte time - but for the moment the focus is rendering :)

The Dreaded AC Silliness: a term descended from BattleTech, based on the fact that some 'Mechs do not actually appear to be able to carry the ammo/generate the energy for the weapons they have. Particularly bad offenders include the Centurion and several 'Mechs from TRO:3060.

Ah that, no worries there - its all been taken care of, sort of.
The hammer's meant to have the firepower to go up against light destroyers/heavy frigates up front and for ambushes. Most of the shields/paper thin armor is up front to take a beating, but that's it. And that's not mentioning its slow as molasses when it comes to engine complexes with barely enough power to get the FTL drive working :p
