Title: TBP is recruiting FREDders!

We are in need of more fredders to make TBP's main campaign Earth Alliance Civil War. Last time I checked, script of the campaign had 46 missions outlined. So this is no small task. :)

If you want to learn to fred, the FRED Academy's a good start, but for EACW campaign we need people who can already fred. :)

So the basic conditions for enlisting are as follows:
(1 and 2 are the conditions, a-c are the ways to reach that condition.)

1)
  a) You have joined the FRED Academy (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,28122.0.html) and have completed at least one mission.
  b) You have otherwise shown your skills in fredding to the HLP community in the past.

2)
  a) A recommendation from at least one of our current staff.
  b) A recommendation from karajorma.
  c) A recommendation from otherwise well known fredder.
(Yes, well known good fredders can recommend themselves.)

The campaign is long, and so is the time required to complete the campaign. We cannot ask your commitment to last through the whole progress, but we'd like you to ask yourself if you are ready to participate to a project of this magnitude and actually finish the missions that are either given to you or chosen by you.

Also, keep this as an opportunity to learn more, as you can experience the whole progress from the staff's perspective. New blood can also share their own unique points of views.

You might want to put a copy in your own forum too. There are probably a few FREDders there who are still unaware of the Academy and how it can be a route into the official team.

Mentioning that official status means getting to play with the new ships before everyone else might pursuade people too :D

:) Ai like the help. But how to join this fred academy?  :confused:  Ai have done my on campaing for a wail but are still unfinins. But good freder aim may be.:thepimp:

I can FRED, but I'm kind of new here so I've never actually demonstrated it.

However, my campaign comes out soon, so I should be able to join after that.
