Title: Pentagon contingency plans - deploy troops inside US

So, in case of a terrorist attack, expect the troops to be out in force and for the military to "take charge". How comforting.

Damn, I bet they're afraid to show that one on the telly nowadays.  Hell of a prescient film, too, except that freedom wins over fear and oppression of a scapegoatable minority.  Which is completely unrealistic, as we know.......

But I remember that film, pretty good too. Especially considering it has Bruce Willis in it.
