First render with actual explosions.

A scimitar class destroyer suffers after a botched attempt to intercept a Maxwell class cargo vessel. Instead, the escorting Destroyer varient diverts heat sinks to two cannons and sets them into rapid-fire mode to account for it's maneuverability. There is no escape as the paper thin armor starts to give way.

This is probably a silly question...but why do the projectiles from the cannons arc downwards ala in an Atmospheric Setting...?

Most likely my colossal ineptitude...or can I get away with saying that they are somewhat guided? :nervous:

They aren't arcing.

You're seeing the turret rotating to follw its target up and then down again. Duh.
