Title: Questions about Fs2
Post by: Leu on August 22, 2005, 07:23:36 pm
Is PXO.net dead?

How do I set up my own dedicated server?
(aside from fs2.exe -standalone)

How do I connect when it refuses to accept my tcp/ip settings?

What is wrong with parallax, interplay, and volition that they can't build in settings for direct connections (aside from LAN) between computers?

Alright, I've even gone so far as to have the server up and running, and available. But it tells me "I'm not a valid PXO pilot", so I'm rejected. How do I get past this? This is REALLY frustrating.

Yes, PXO is dead, but fs2netd (the PXO replacement) is alive and well. :)
