Wasn't the previous two Shenmues released on the Dreamcast?

Oh, and I don't know whether Douglas Adams invented that quote or not, but wasn't it supposed to be that man found new ways of destroying himself?

The first two Shenmue games were on the Dreamcast, but Shenmue II also got released on the XBox.
