Title: cleaning house..

okay, i've been thinking of cleaning out FS2, and starting  from scratch, what are the absolutely necessary mods, files, SCP builds, additions, texture packs and whatnot that i would positively need? please include links to the files, etc..

also to note: since i have a nice new radeon card to play with, any other experimental mods, like something that uses the features of the higher-end cards, or something of the like..

Yes, I would also like too know this since I seem to be missing some textures or some such.

Launcher 5.3
fs2_open
*_fs2.vp (There's a list of all retail VPs in a thread, search for it)
mv_??.vp (See FSSCP downloads page)
ls_neb.vp (For certain BR campaigns, again, see downloads page)

im thinking of starting off from a clean slate as well.....but lack the original CD's/ISOs to do so.....

thanks, i have the retail copy of FS2 handy, and the FS2: Colossus OEM disc as main file backup ;)

question, are LS's Backgrounds included in the current Media VP set?
