the think to the 1024x768 is wrong it should be http://www.mdstudios.f2s.com/Images/Derelict2_1024.jpg ("http://www.mdstudios.f2s.com/Images/Derelict2_1024.jpg")

you didn't manually do the planetary ring right?

It's got a 'feel' to it. Beautiful render, but nothing especially exceptional in the world of LW renders  (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)

Link fixed.  (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)  btw, I applied particle array to a torus.  There's no way I could've done all those asteroids by hand an expect it to be done rendering anytime soon.  (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/wink.gif)  I could write up a simple tutorial for the maxers here if ya want.  (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~freespace/ubb/noncgi/smile.gif)  Its really very easy to do.
