Carn The Eagles!!!

Grand Final in seven days, West Coast Eagles vs. Sydney Swans.

I know most of you uncultured heathens probably won't know/care what I'm talking about, but all the Aussies on the board do (or ought to(Yes Grug, I'm looking at you :p)).

One day in september - the eagles are bringing home the flag. :D

I'm talking about footy - Cricket season hasn't started yet down here, and the Ashes are over. And the other two aren't important.

I'm not sure. I know there's an exhibition AFL match slated for London in the next month or two (Eagles vs. the Dockers (The two Western Australian teams), but as for the international rules series, I dunno - I think it was supposed to be down here this year, which means it may already have been and gone (our cold weather is fast approaching its end, and it is a winter sport).

I thought for a moment that you were talking about my Eagles (the other type of football :p), who played pathetically against the Falcons last week.  McNabb took a shot, too; just what we need in the first game. They'd better manage to pick it up against the Niners tomorrow.
